Vraag: spaces between two huises - what are the rules?

Hello,
It is still too difficult for me write in dutch so I am forced to do it in english. I hoop that somebody will help me to find wet rules/ norms which are valid for space for autos between two houses. I have a probleem to park my auto direct next to my house because my neighbour do it and there is not space for two autos next to each other. Or at least not if you want open a door of auto and get in or get out. I am lookin for any norm name /number. thank you in advance. Greetings. iwona Ros

There are no rules for it! (thank god!!!) You can try to make a agrement with your neighbours!

and the question is, is the space between the houses DESIGNED to park the cars there? Or does just everybody use it that way?
